Arctic Silver Matrix is a thixotropic high end thermal compound which is suitable for many applications. The paste has a very low tendency towards separation and is very long-term stability. By good gap-filling properties make it well suited for use in difficult environmental conditions. Matirx is composed of micronized zinc oxides, aluminum oxides and aluminum particles in a silicone oil carrier. The silicon substrate and the thermally conductive fillers were tuned to simple application and very good surface wetting out. Thus, the paste reaches an excellent performance and especially with sizes column. Arctic Silver matrix is not electrically conductive. To achieve the full power is needed a run-in phase.
